Laura’s 16 years’ of experience spans corporate purpose, sustainability, CSR and brand building across the non-profit and private sectors. With a career that has spanned Europe, Asia and the US, she brings strategic rigour, creative thinking and an international perspective to reimagining the ways that organizations and citizens can be a force for good in the world.

Laura holds a principal role across several of Purpose’s most strategic client relationships, tackling issues including human rights, the future of work, civic engagement, gender equality, economic inequality and youth-led climate solutions. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, she also serves as Purpose’s Private Sector Lead, developing intellectual property and thought leadership on the role of the private sector in delivering societal impact, as well as overseeing Purpose’s evolving offering to businesses and brands.
Before joining Purpose, Laura worked as an independent consultant and founded her own sustainability strategy and communications consultancy in New Delhi, where she lived for seven years. Her work was deeply engaged in uplifting equity and opportunity for workers within global supply chains.
In her previous avatar, she worked in some of the world’s top creative agencies including Wieden+Kennedy and M&C Saatchi where she led client relationships for Nike, Nokia and Unilever, as well as the UK Home Office, the Fairtrade Foundation and Transport for London.
Laura is Executive Producer of Women in Labour, a comedy-driven podcast about women and work in India. When she’s not working, she’s happiest on the road adventuring to new places. If there’s a hike, cycle, run or swim involved, she’s there.
