Laura’s experience spans sustainability, communications and brand building across the non-profit and private sectors. With a career that has stretched across Europe, Asia and the US, she brings strategic rigor, creative thinking and an international perspective to reimagining the ways that organizations and citizens can be a force for good in the world.

Laura leads Purpose’s US team, ensuring that our people and expertise are ready to address to the pressing issues that organizations in the US are tackling. She also serves as Purpose’s Private Sector Lead, developing intellectual property and thought leadership on the role of the private sector in delivering societal impact.

As a Principal, Laura provides strategic oversight across much of our client and funder work in the US, tackling issues including human rights, the future of work, civic engagement, gender equality, economic inequality and youth-led climate solutions.

In her previous avatar, Laura founded a CSR consultancy in New Delhi working with major Indian corporations on CSR investment strategy and reporting, with a focus on community impact, worker rights and supply chain sustainability. She’s also led client relationships at some of the world’s top creative agencies including Wieden+Kennedy and M&C Saatchi, for Nike Women, Nokia and Unilever, as well as the Fairtrade Foundation, Transport for London and others.

Laura is also Executive Producer of Women in Labour, a comedy-driven podcast about women and work in India.
